Are your tours private or shared?
Most of our tours are private, giving you more freedom, flexibility, and personal attention from our guide. Group tours are available on request for certain activities.

Do you offer hotel pick-up and drop-off?
Yes. Most of our tours include hotel pick-up and drop-off from Ubud, Sanur, Seminyak, Canggu, and nearby areas. Additional charges may apply for remote locations—feel free to ask for details.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is included on some full-day tours. On other tours, we stop at trusted local restaurants. Please check the tour details or ask us in advance.
Do you offer custom/private itineraries?
Absolutely. Whether you’re into temples, waterfalls, nature, traditional food, or off-the-beaten-path spots, we can design a custom tour just for you.
What are the payment options?
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
• Pay in advance via:
• Viator, Tripadvisor, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.
• PayPal invoice (we’ll send it to your email)
• Pay on the day of the tour:
• Cash (in IDR or major foreign currencies)
• Local QR code payments (for guests in Indonesia)
All bookings will receive a confirmation message with full tour and payment details.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We follow Tripadvisor/Viator’s standard cancellation policy:
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour starts
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable
• No changes accepted within 24 hours of the experience
• All cut-off times are based on local time (Bali)
If you booked through Airbnb, Expedia, or other platforms, their policies may apply—feel free to contact us for assistance.
Are entrance tickets included in the tour price?
Some tours include entrance tickets; others do not. Please check each tour’s description or ask us directly. We keep everything clear with no hidden charges.
Can I bring my child on the tour?
Yes, families and children are welcome! We can adjust the itinerary to suit your child’s needs. Child seats are available if requested in advance.
Is your company licensed and insured?
