💵 Cash on Site

• Pay in cash directly to our driver or tour representative on the day of your tour.

• Please prepare the exact payment amount whenever possible.

• Payment must be completed before the tour or activity begins.

🏦 Manual Bank Transfer (Indonesian Banks Only)

• We accept manual bank transfers from Indonesian bank accounts only.

• International bank transfers are not accepted.

• Your booking will be confirmed only after your payment has been received and verified.

📲 Booking Confirmation

After completing your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm your reservation.

Please send us:

• Your full name

• Booking reference or order number

• Tour package booked

• Tour date

For Bank Transfer payments, please also attach your proof of payment (transfer receipt or screenshot).

• Bookings are subject to availability.

• For Cash on Site, your reservation is confirmed after our team verifies your booking details.

• For Manual Bank Transfer, your reservation is confirmed only after payment has been successfully verified.

• Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Tour schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances for safety reasons.
